CSC was established in 1982. Formally The Pawnee County Workshop it was created to give adults with developmental disabilities a greater quality of life. Through the years the company has changed faces and spaces but it still strives to give the best care to those we serve. Over the last 10 years we have tried to incorporate independent business to offset state and federal funding.

Tim Muniz has been with CSC since 2002. Tim is a member of the CSC Board of directors. He has also served as Chair of the Cleveland Area Hospital Board of Directors.
Erica has been with CSC since 2006. Her phenomenal work ethic and care for employees and the clients we serve is the reason CSC remains successful.
